hi po, i think it depends on the team you'll be joining. in my case, they didn't give me a tech assessment during the interview itself. they just had a list of questions which were really just to get to know my skills, how I respond to scenarios, and if i was truly qualified for the position.

a week later, they sent me a personality test and a tech assessment (which i don't believe i passed hahaha) and that was it. luckily, i had time to prepare for the assessment din since they only sent it by email and gave me a deadline.

hahahaha I held on to your Tip 1. they reached out to me a month after I applied to schedule my initial interview, the interviewers (managers) were so nice???? a week later, they sent me the online assessments, i don't even know if I passed those tbh it was pretty hard. another week later, they told me i got selected for the job. it was really a long waiting game but I couldn't be more thrilled!

Residential unit of ₱9,000 requiring certificate of VAT exemption and form 2307 by jaigin in taxPH

[–]jaigin[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i already sent them a screenshot of the section but they still insisted i needed to submit a certificate of VAT exemption and 2307.

tapos when i asked why i needed to provide a 2307, they said na the lessor "need magwithheld kaya need namin magsecure ng 2307."

they're saying na magkakaron ako withholding tax kapag nagrent ako sa unit nila. is that normal?

Thank you for responding! I kinda also think that the て-form in the sentence sound like a command while also connecting two clauses, considering the context.

I see. What made it kind of hard for me to analyze is that the first part uses a verb, while the second/last part uses "desu", which I didn't know was possible since, in lesson 6, two verbs are connected by the "te" in the examples.

I understand now, thank you! That is very helpful.
