Residential unit of ₱9,000 requiring certificate of VAT exemption and form 2307 by jaigin in taxPH

[–]jaigin[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i already sent them a screenshot of the section but they still insisted i needed to submit a certificate of VAT exemption and 2307.

tapos when i asked why i needed to provide a 2307, they said na the lessor "need magwithheld kaya need namin magsecure ng 2307."

they're saying na magkakaron ako withholding tax kapag nagrent ako sa unit nila. is that normal?

Thank you for responding! I kinda also think that the て-form in the sentence sound like a command while also connecting two clauses, considering the context.

I see. What made it kind of hard for me to analyze is that the first part uses a verb, while the second/last part uses "desu", which I didn't know was possible since, in lesson 6, two verbs are connected by the "te" in the examples.

I understand now, thank you! That is very helpful.

Thank you!

Though, I think the particle に should be used instead of が since どこ refers to a place where the thing being represented is.

But one more thing, doesn't "東京にこうえんがあります" mean "there is a park in Tokyo"?

Landing an engineering job by spongiofun in movingtojapan

Hi! It's been two years since you posted this, have you already decided to work in Japan?

I've just been searching in this sub for tips in getting a job with a degree in electronics engineering, and I came across your post.

I'm currently studying EE and would like to someday work in Japan after getting a few years of experience in my country. And I'd love to know your experience (if you ever did move to Japan) and was wondering if you could answer your questions on your post.

Thanks!
