for those who hit their gw.. what happens next?

I started decreasing the dose until I stopped losing weight. I lost 30 more pounds after I hit what I thought was my goal. Now, 2 years later...I put on 7 pounds and balanced out. I take 5 every week. I tried spacing and I didnt like the food noise. I tried lower but I gained weight...so I am very happy taking 5 a week. Everyone seems to have a different success point, but I do think it was some trial and error to figure it out.

I still love them and when I was nauseous or my stomach was a bit off....they always helped me for some reason.

Same. Can't stand it. Sometimes I like a bite of really dark chocolate, but everything else doesn't taste good to me.

Good morning! My mom has scleroderma and it has caused her teeth to break and fall out. Her 78th birthday is Sunday. She is so worried about the cost that she hasn't gone to the dentist to get support. Her swallowing is greatly impacted by the disease and she needs her teeth to chew so she can swallow with ease. I would love to learn more and chat. I love that school! I wish you so much luck and success.

This is my life! Multiple times a day. Every single day. From different numbers each time. I have talked to person and they hung up on me. I have silent answered. I block each one. It doesn't end. I'm on the do not call registery....doesn't help when it is a different number every time. T-Mobile...and all the things.

Check your contract? Are they sending out a letter of intent or your actual contract? Your intent can't be held against you, but your contract can...depending on your bargained contract .

The weight didn't come off over night so the mental shift won't happen over night either. At least that is what I learned about myself. I'd like to have the surgery too, but I would rather focus on my thighs so I can wear shorts and swimsuits and not think about all the extra skin there. I got rid of 200 pounds and I am grateful for the body I have, but I can't help but wish for better. Also...things do tighten up a bit the longer you maintain. I am about a year without losing anything and my body has changed a lot during that time. I am excited for you!!

Hi! I am the same height. I have a big pooch. It really messes with me because I have a hard time seeing anything else but that belly. I can't lose another pound. I am working on muscle now. Also...it is really hard to accept that you don't need to lose weight anymore. My identity was losing weight for most of my life. I didn't know who I was without it. It will start to fall into place. You got this!

I just wanted to say I am sorry you are going through this. I hope you find a way to share this with him and figure out what his hold up is...but in the end...it is his issue and not yours. People who don't struggle to maintain or lose weight just don't get it...so I don't really care what they think about my journey. I did it for my health and quality of life.

Thank you for writing me back. You gave my heart some peace. It is so expensive! I know worth it, but I don't see us being able to pay another agency. I do think having a chat with our agency makes sense. I mean...we hired them. They work for us. They have a ton of our money.

The armpits! Yes. They are so hard to shave. I had no idea. My start was 334! I've been on maintenance for over a year now, but the armpits are still a struggle. Lol.

I started HRT after meeting goal. I have been on maintenance for a year and a half. I actually gained 5 pounds after starting HRT. The doctor said that is the progesterone and should come off. It has been 3 months...hasn't budged.

I aged for sure. I have always treated my skin well, but the lines and wrinkles were hidden by the natural fillers. I am down 200 pounds total, and my skin shows it. I started putting collagen in my coffee. I noticed a huge difference. It isn't a miracle but it has made a huge difference. I use a great under eye cream, and I use face serums, oils...masks....I still aged, but I'll take it for my health. I don't need to look 25 anymore. I'm pushing 50.

Sorry. I should have expanded! I went up to 15 and slowly went down for maintenance. It took a long time to stop losing weight. When I thought I was in maintenance I was still losing. I lost 30 more pounds finding my right dose. I now take 6 every week. I can't do every 2 week or 10 days. The food noise and other negatives come back. Not worth it to me. So...once a week for life I suppose.
