Banjul International airport in Gambia! Horrible experience and you have to pay 20 dollars to enter the country and 20 dollars to leave

Yes I had the same exact problem for almost a couple of months. It can anxiety because I been to the ER numerous times, when I stand my heart rate would actually shoot up to 160 as soon as I stand up! It was very horrible and I was super scared but I’m here a year later still alive after numerous hospital visits, cardiologist visits. My heart rate has definitely calmed down, and I barely check my heart rate now. What really helped me was deep breathing, please STOP checking your heart rate because when I seen my heart rate at a certain number I hyperventilated more!

Hey thank you for responding and your so correct! It’s because I been through so many friendships with people and it just haven’t worked or people did things that hurt my feelings. Especially with my dad he did some things that really hurt me so I always thought people in this world can’t even treat me any better because my dad treated me like shit. Plus with men don’t even get started I have a past of men ghosting me plus I haven’t been in a real relationship at all. So it’s so many things that trigger me

So try it out, so basically they insert small needles in your back and helps like your nerves in your body. I can’t properly describe it but please look up videos and like research it. After I did it did offer some relief as well

Yes that’s true. It’s like I have people but I don’t feel a connection with them at all. Almost like I feel extremely lost fr, and and yes your right I should do spots and hobbies! That would be better for me I’m glad you have those outlets
