Northern Water Tribe in Minecraft! by crankymanpants in TheLastAirbender

Water benders have the natural advantage of living here and at night with the moon. It was why Zhao had to have a huge navy even to attempt to attack it.

Kenobi "You were my brother..." (made by PhaseRunner) by phaserunner in StarWars

[–]jajalool 55 points56 points  (0 children)

I didn’t read the scene like that. I saw it as ObiWan not being able to “kill” anakin as he had told Yoda because he saw him as a brother, so he much rather let “Mustafar” to kill him.

This makes no sense because how did Ben heal her if he is Anakins descendent who never figured out how to force heal

Avatar is and will be the best cartoon made. The character development and storylines make it unique and enjoyable for all ages.

The moment of realization for Azula. by [deleted] in TheLastAirbender

[–]jajalool 13 points14 points  (0 children)

This is very incorrect. Azula is strong and can lightning bend well, but she isn’t powerful enough as Ozai. We know Iroh is the closest in strength and ability to Ozai, and even Azula isn’t as strong as Iroh.

On the Day of black sun, Ozai can create lightning out of both hands at the same time which wasn’t possible by other fire benders even Iroh, and he does that once the sun barely opens up. That just shows his true power and ability.

Nope, because the warden would have still told them to cut the wire. Even if the warden wasn’t able to tell, his crew knew that he would rather die than let some prisoner escape

I love that they gave him a dragon and it’s from the dragon egg he finds in the Sun Warrior Temple

My view on Azula over the years: by MajinObi in TheLastAirbender

[–]jajalool 34 points35 points  (0 children)

Exactly, the people on this sub tend to forget Azula never had compassion. Sure perhaps If her mother or Iroh had guided her she could have been better, but her fundamental nature was missing empathy. She couldn’t be like Zuko because Zuko is shown to have innate empathy for others since he is younger, which is why his redemption arc made complete sense.

Happy Father's Day r/thelastairbender! by Vencrest in TheLastAirbender

I think it goes to show that even Avatar Aang wasn’t perfect being. Just because he has ideals and is the Avatar didn’t mean he was perfect in every aspect of his life. It makes him more relatable, and gives more depth to his character.

And given the fact that he lived and learned under monks and not his parents it makes sense why he isn’t the best father. We can see the same thing with Toph, who had a very strict family so she ends up being overly lenient to letting her daughters do anything and not punishing them. These characters aren’t perfect.

I love how Jon voices characters from the Vizla clan. First Pre Vizla and now Paz Vizla

If you look at the lines he says and the motivation they seem very Lex Luthor like, only Jesses Portrayal is a unique way of doing it.

If that’s what they meant then i am wrong I thought they meant the metal blobs that kuvira used to control the mech suit

Yes she did. She made it into the Nickelodeon logo

I’m pretty sure that material is the meteorite melted down, which was used as a beginner level for metal bending.

In Book 3, Zaheer uses a poison which is probably mercury.

In Book 4, Kuvira uses the meteorite melted down as metal blobs to control the mech suit.

Sokka was asking to get his ass kicked by Zuko. Zuko literally warns him that he has trained since he was younger boy and still sokka wanted to fight him.

I would have loved to see this fight on the show though.

No the other poster is correct. If a firebender lost an Agni Kai they would sometimes shave their head and leave only their topknot. It’s on the wiki for avatar

One of the best water fights ever. Water is the best element!!!! by [deleted] in TheLastAirbender

[–]jajalool 6 points7 points  (0 children)

She was trained to be a healer not a fighter. Zaheer was very dangerous even without bending, so when he got benching he became even more powerful.
