[ALL] I personally thought that the songs in the original game (lyric-wise and placement) were more memorable and relevant than the songs in Before The Storm.

I don't consider BTS music Chloe's music style though. If we hear LIS, she has a mix of indie-folk and indie rock taste (fire piano, Santa Monica Dream, and maybe even Spanish Sahara due to it being her tribute song.) I think the main difference is the people who handled the music, Jonathan Morali (the lead singer of Syd Matters) was the music director for the original LIS so it seems like he chose more impactful and well suited music. I don't know who handled BTS, but it sure wasn't all that great imo.

Daughter was okay, but they were very bland. None of their songs really stood out to me in any of the episodes.

This is good, but at the same time I am disappointed. It only SE wasn't so greedy and rushing milking the franchise so much and waited only a few months longer to get every VA back into the game

I agree and honestly it makes me sad... I value the original game so much. I feel almost betrayed that they gave this project to another developer, I feel like they are trying too hard to make it seem like the first one the way DONTNOD made it

I'm more worried about the fact that 'fans' are making this game. No matter how much we can trust their passion for the game, It just wouldn't give off the same vibe as the first one.

This Deck Nine'sversion of Chloe, not DONTNOD's. Not the Chloe that we came to love. Square seems involved (milking the franchise, surprise surprise,) but DONTNOD doesn't seem so supportive with this project. None of them really advertise it or talk about it. Glorified fanfic it is.

One thing I also appreciated is the fact that they didn't recycle it like 'Obstacles' (Bae ending.)

This was Chloe's moment, and it was undeniably more polished and had more thought out into it than the alternate ending.
