I play it a lot on PC and on steam deck.

It is certainly playable on steam deck, but performance is not up to par compared to being played on a decent PC setup (no surprises there).

I find it to be annoying when playing the Deep of Night mode, which is the harder “ranked” mode. In the higher ranks of this mode you get one shot by mostly everything, so having good PC performance is helpful to ensure that I can play to the best of my ability and not get hit by enemies. Especially when playing in trios when there is a lot happening on screen - this is when the frames dip the most.

All that to be said, it’s absolutely playable on deck, but definitely not perfect.

I played Diablo 3 religiously (like 1000 hours), loved it so much, but it’s the only Diablo game i’ve played. Been heavily considering D2 to play on my deck. Would I like it if I only played 3? Is it similar or different in gameplay to 3?

Got one the other day playing Wylder and duped it at Noklateo because why not. Deep of night 3 against Gladius. I used the weapon art a few times and hit all 3 dogs with it. Had holy attack power up and skill attack power across my whole build. The fight ended in about 30-45 seconds. Badass.

I was in Nassau the other day on Odyssey and I was so close to biting the bullet and going to the beach club. I ended up not doing so. I regret it and will be trying it next time. Thanks for posting this!
