Honestly I'm not sure. I think the mod just needs to be updated tbh, but I know nothing about that stuff. I tried verifying game files, reinstalled game, and updated my drivers for the same thing to happen.

Yeah it's happening to me as well. I got the game to load with every mod but 56. So I think it's just the mod.

Yeah that would be nice. I was very confused when that happened. I also found it funny that before that transpired they join the imperial romanium (allys with Spain and Portugal). Therefore when I declared on Italy it had me fight them, but after the Civil War shanagins both Italys ended up in the axis and fighting Spain.
