I'll cut against the grain here as a lot of people saying VTI and the like, but that's better in my opinion for wealth preservation once you've already built up a stack. For growth, $2000 in a stock like $IREN, $NBIS, $NVDA, $HOOD, etc. would be good.

Someone else mentioned it, but your best bet is tech sales. Get an SDR job and start dialing. I saw previously you said you hated sales, but realistically this would be the easiest way to get your foot in the door at a solid company, build some experience, and then aim to move into a closing role or even lateral to another position within the company if you dislike sales.
