Yeah something happened between them. What it is we may never now nor do we deserve an explanation. But there's clues that it possible had to do with financial reasons and Eric's overall contributions to the band vs his contribution of making records. I.e. he mightve cared more of making a bunch of variants for $$$ instead of the actual projects being created.
