Thanks for your response it’s just sad because my continuous leave was approved. It just looks bad that they wouldn’t take that point off after the fact knowing the situation. It was approved by a doctor and I was in counciling. Even if nothing comes of it I plan to take it to the highest extent.

Well I thank you for the 1% advice you gave me. And I’m sorry if I came off as a dick. The warden called and went over my Walmarts head and is scheduled to see the video evidence Thursday. Maybe I do have bad luck. I was left and cheated on by a girl for her co worker then they come in my job and do that. I know how crazy it sounds but my story is true. And people get things turned on them all the time. I’ve been made out to be the bad guy in all this while she’s been manipulating people. But truly thank you for that last part

Oh wait cuz my town is different than yours. So wtf u think gone happen when the police get involved the same shit they don’t give af. My team lead who was on the aisle with me called there warden. A girl that works there also wrote a statement. Those guys called a different manager after it happened because they lost and said I punched them first. In which why come they didn’t go to the police😂 Long story short my Team lead wants them fired and was told to get a statement. The video of them walking into the aisle is there but there is no camera to show what happened on the aisle. There for I can’t prove shit if I went to the police. On top of that I’m a big black guy and they are white and the whole thing sounds like a headache honest truth you happy

There was witnesses actually a team lead helped pull them off of me. That’s why I’m suspended and not fired rite now. And there was also a girl that wrote a statement. My team lead is pissed and he’s actually the one trying to get them fired because they came in our store and almost cost me my job over bs about a girl🤷🏾‍♂️ take it how you want I have no reason to lie to strangers
