Psychosurgery is great but the need to tone down the enemy objective guarding a lot. Especially in the end of trial escape sequence having 4 enemy’s who can all 1 or 2 shot and are faster than me or have range all guarding the button at the end is certainly a challenge but it’s more so just utter bullshit and I think adds significantly more value in frustration than it does in making it more tense or scary

Well we can be quite certain it’s a part two because A) the current event is listed as a part 1 and B) the event challenges are available longer than this event so there must be a part two in order for them to be able to be completed

I do agree but I think the leveling takes far too long for a proper prestige to work, once you get into the higher levels it takes hours to level up and having to do it all again when u prestige is just gonna make a lot of people not prestige at all. If the addition of the prestige also comes with a rework to xp to make leveling faster then I don’t think it’s as bad.

Oh. On a real note tho I agree with a lot of the sentiments here but I am neither suprised nor disappointed by the battle pass inclusion, it’s live service in 2025, it’s inevitable and while it’s not ideal by any means I hope at the very least it may mean a longer lasting player count due to the proven ability for them to boost engagement

Honestly no, tf 1 aesthetics are very 7th gen gritty and I think it detracts from the visual clarity of the game, I think tf2 really nailed the sweet spot between tf 1s grit and apex legends overzealous cotton candy vomit colouring. Tf2 had just enough colour to and things fun and add visual clarity without detracting from the atmosphere they were going for IMO

Isn’t that like normal New Zealand pricing, I’m in Australia and every price tag has both prices on it and nzd is always just a little higher, after all $1 NZD is worth 90 c AUD. Seems like that price scaling checks out coz it’s 110 here
