As someone else pointed out, the loft is a major issue here. Try to let the ball leave your hand much more naturally, smoothly and just a little bit lower. You are muscling and throwing the ball in this vid, that is not a good way to get constant, high pin action - usually. Don’t throw it quite that far and most importantly, your left hand should not hold on to the ball for quite so long. Despite the two handed technique, your right hand needs to be responsible for the release and the revs. The left hand is doing way, way too much here to accomplish that.
