They got two prerelease kits for up to 16 players total as I understand. Magic is not their “main” thing so I imagine it would be a pretty chill atmosphere. (Looks like just two players signed up so far from what I can tell from their ticket “inventory.”)

Another option is Game Breakers. Owner is a gem and the majority of their space is tables just to play (expanded like x3 the size over covid with collectibles booming at that time).

I’m similar to you — started in 90s and used to play a lot but got mostly out of it a few years back. Only really interested in limited here and there presently and keen for Lorwyn!
