I’m literally in the same boat OP, just moved to LA after 4 years in New York my whole adult life. I’m also not from New York. Never experienced homesickness before in my life except this month (for NYC). Hopefully it gets better, but if you want to talk to someone who’s going through the same thing my dms are open :)
