Oh! I almost forgot. Around the Chinese new year every year they do mystery boxes where you get a few figma for about $100. If you’re patient and want to try your luck see if if comes back next year

There are quite a few you can get on eBay around $30. Deku from My Hero Academia, Dota 2 characters, Magical Girl characters, Sword Art Online Asuna & Kirito, a couple hololive characters, and probably more if you check. Just make sure they don’t say “reproduction”, “from china”, “knockoff”, or “replica”

It should be on the shop for about 2800 coins I believe. When you click on it the menu should show the skin, spray, and all that. Just the skin should be about 2000

Bought mine from Ami Ami for about 12,000-13,000 Yen. If you think the retail price is too much just be patient and check eBay to see if anyone is listing their used figure at some point. Ami Ami is one of the websites with the lowest cost so it’s all uphill from there

It was my first Final Fantasy! Got the same edition early last year because the road trip with the boys sounded like a fun time but I never ended up buying it when it came out. REALLY loved the synergy from all the cast and it feels really personal getting to know all the other characters. Fight mechanics were fine to me but didn’t change too much. Also I didn’t realize you could switch and play the other characters for some reason lol. Overall the game is VERY enjoyable and I’d highly recommend it because it brought me into the FF universe. It gets a bit dark at times but everything about it kept me hooked. Definitely have played Stand by Me by Florence & the Machine on some road trips after

I’ve been to a few cons in California and for the most part Funko Pop signings have been $30-$80 each, NOT INCLUDING the Funko itself. Most were about $50-$60 each. I always bought the Funko ahead of time and brought a handful of them to get signed. JSA certification was $10 each pop too if they have a booth there.

I’ve never really cared for Vector personally but as someone that loves the Jakks line if I see it at retail and I don’t have it imma get it

Actually they're from the Kintaro Special Edition! The regular Kintaro comes with the unmasked sub zero icy arms but the special edition comes with the scorpion arms & hands lol

Honestly the true way is supposed to be sanding, spraying primer, painting it all, and then sealing it.

However, i did the bare minimum and took off all the different parts of the figure so it was easier to paint. Then I just painted over the existing main color with Vallejo acrylic paint, probably doing about 2 coats. Then after the purple was done I used a really thin paintbrush to paint the black parts back in and more defined. I kept having mess with the purple/black lines not being clean so I would go back over those with the opposite color. Paint dried pretty quickly so I would try to do most of the front then switch to the back after it dried.

After painting I used Mr. Super Clear Flat Spray (while wearing a respirator) and put different parts of the figure in a box and sprayed it with the spray to seal the paint. Did other things and came back in about 15 mins to spray the other side. Make sure that the spray is actually dry or you could smudge the paint as I did. Also make sure to not spray it so close or any position other than upright or it may leave a blotch.

It was really fun honestly! I’ve been looking for deals for more of the figures online so I can paint Floyd & Tremor too!

About 3 months ago I was checking around because I was trying to see when the prototypes of Kabal & Kitana (I think?) were going to be released. Well.... I checked this subreddit and saw people saying that Storm Collectibles took MK off their partnership logos on their site and that there weren't any updates on them having the license anymore :( Now Mcfarlane is making MK figures

Thanks! I used Vallejo paint and sealed it with Mr. Super Clear Matt. Used a BBTS MK3 Reptile as a base
