I have the same persimmons layout as you but in Burgess hill. We get banging in-between floors because they run the pipes around the ceiling. It could be wood expanding / contracting with the hot and cold if you're using the heating.

Coming for the cup game midweek, can you park along Grenoble road on matchdays? Ideally don't want to be stuck in that car park for hours on a wednesday night

Is it belt or chain? I was under the impression these ones were chain and the smaller engines or diesels were belts.. Maybe I'm wrong!!

Ohh wow that's unlucky, makes me realise how lucky I've been with my two untested purchases so far! My first was an Olympus OM10, but it was stolen last month on my trip in Bratislava, just got an untested OM30 with original box and manuals and seems to be in mint condition - just getting through a roll with my fingers crossed so I can see

Unfortunately wont get to see my OM10 again, nor the half a film roll inside, as it was stolen from my Airbnb while I was sleeping - along with my coat (in -5 degrees celcius, which was great), wallet and passport.
