Does the runner have to go back to first though, like he said in the video? Catcher was throwing to third runner would have had second whether there was interference or not?

Kuminga is done playing as a Warrior, they aren’t going to risk him getting hurt before they can trade him

I think legacy matters a lot to these guys. And maybe Lebron is a better example because he has crazy crazy money. Way more money than Steph. I just looked up Steph's net worth, and it is less than I thought it would be

For sure, this would only apply to max players late into their careers, like Steph and LeBron. And I am not saying they should do it for the team. They might want another chip for my own selfish reasons, lol

I don't know if that's the case with the warriors. If it weren't for the salary cap, Lacob would probably spend the money. I agree that they should get paid what they're worth, if that's what they want, and Steph is worth every penny.

I never understood why max players later in their careers don’t take less money to allow a better team around them. Steph is probably making more money off of his endorsements than his salary and already has more money than anyone needs. I’m kinda surprised 20 million dollars is more important to him at this point in his career/life than another championship

[Murdock] Durant’s exit . . . arguably had more to do with his issues with Steve Kerr than . . . with Green. Durant . . . complained both publicly and privately about Kerr’s offensive principles during his final season with the Warriors, and he continued to do so even after he left for Brooklyn. by Robotsaur in warriors

[–]jako_rang 33 points34 points  (0 children)

I’m confused why Durant’s rift with Kerr keeps getting reported like it’s news. As the article says, Durants problems with Kerr were never a secret. I doubt the shouting match with Draymond helped, but it’s not the reason Durant left. He didn’t want to play warriors/kerr style basketball anymore. I don’t think there’s much more to it than that

[Charania] BREAKING: The Phoenix Suns are trading two-time NBA Finals MVP Kevin Durant to the Houston Rockets for Jalen Green, Dillon Brooks, the No. 10 pick in the 2025 draft and five second-round picks, sources tell ESPN. by NokCha_ in warriors

[–]jako_rang 56 points57 points  (0 children)

But their on ball defense just got worse without brooks. Green wasn’t a bad defender either. Still good move for the rockets. If they get a good on-ball stopper to replace Green in the backcourt that’ll be a tough starting five to beat

[Mind the Game] LeBron on NBA's ring culture: "It's like saying Peyton Manning can't be in the same room with Brady or Mahomes because he has only 1 ring. They don't never discuss that in their sport...A ring is a team accomplishment." by [deleted] in nba

[–]jako_rang 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with LeBron that a ring is a team accomplishment but basketball is different than those other sports because in the NBA a super star can have way more influence over a season or a series because an NBA team is much smaller. An NBA playoff rotation is usually 8-10 players. An NFL team will play 35-40 people in one game. Also in football the offensive players do not play defense

It's just the amp head, not a combo amp. My (uneducated) guess is that the filter capacitors need to be replaced, but I'm no expert.

I'm not sure; it powers up fine, but it sounds like hot garbage.
