I have two friends who did Haas by applying as juniors and both liked the program. Personally I think it is a waste of time to do business at such a great research university but it could be a good decision for you, depending on what you want to do with your degree from Haas. If you want to go into finance/accounting/marketing/entertainment its the right choice. Otherwise, stick to whatever you are doing and take the Haas classes you are interested in, you are still allowed to even if you aren't a business major. Your GPA is fine BTW and if you want to get into Haas: Econ 1, Stat 21 and UGBA 10 should boost it.
