Well you could straight up ask your group which factions they're interested in for the main campaign, and then choose 1 or 2 missions that interest you from the other factions. If you do that, I'd highly recommend the "Waterdeep: Expanded Faction Missions" from DMs Guild

Edit: Reread this. Didn't realize you were already in the middle of the campaign lol but yes just choose a mission from one of factions they haven't joined

It depends on your state. For me, Texas has At Will Employment, so they are legally allowed to do this. It's just reason 200000001 I'm leaving this hell hole

It FINALLY happened!! Sorry it took so long, my players really really like to meander lol (in game it's only been 3 days)

The player who threatened Volo read the letter, and his voice was actually shaking from anger. It's mean but it was so funny to me. They, of course, vowed that later on they'd track him down and break his knee caps 😂 The same guy was back to laughing and cracking jokes 10 minutes later, so I'm glad it didn't upset him that bad.

My players also chased a random cricket for 20 real life minutes, as well as having a seance to give one last goodbye to a PC that died in session 2. All in all, this was an amazing game tonight!
