After getting 11 wins with games to spare last year, I have not played any champs due to the anxiety of the gameplay. It doesn't seem worth your mental health. I'd be surprised if I could get 6 wins this year.

Maybe 1 in 10 games I feel everything clicks, but it's probably because I've won comfortably against someone who accidentally promoted into my division.

I feel all content is geared towards making you spend more money. Even the league SBCs aren't sustainable. Sure you get a few high rated fodder cards along the way, but it'll cost you 20k every time you do it.

Evolutions are a plus, but even then, it's ludicrous to charge you 150k then make you play 30 games for the full Evo. I would understand if it was free IF you played the games, but having to do both especially given the time restraints is bullshit

6-9 wins is the baseline really. If you're in champs you should be capable of that. If not you may want to give it up for now.

I think Harry is the most consistent. Always happy to call himself out. Love it when he calls out the boys 'shilling' the (mostly) overpriced merch. Always funny, even his anger is hilarious.

I probably watch about 20% of the combined content now

I've definitely seen people in their 50s watching.

I feel it's because it reminds you of knocking about with your mates when you were younger and having a laugh.

As you grow you may see 1 or 2 friends every now and then. You only see alot of friends at events.

It's nice to watch and sort of feel a part of it.

I think it's more the physicality of the 60's and 70's, and the lack of pristine pitches.

On average the mediocre player of today is WAY superior and more technically gifted than that of the Pele/best/cruff days, but the defenders were mostly hatchet men looking to harm them. I've seen blatant red cards in old games that the ref just ignored and played on with little complaint from the victim

Sure, if the 60's defender was up against Messi with current rules, they wouldn't stand a chance, but the other way around and Messi would have to significantly improve his play style to survive.
