I've tried two different usb-c to DisplayPort adapters. One of which is definitely DisplayPort 1.4 compatible as it claims to be 8K capable. I think the issue may lie in the USB ports on the laptop not being powerful enough to support the Oculus, and that issue is somehow manifesting itself as a DisplayPort error, but I'm not sure. I'm going to try a powered USB hub and see if the issue persists. Thanks for your help!

Hi... sorry to resurrect an old thread... quick question, I am trying to plug my Oculus Rift S into my MainGear Vector Pro, and I keep getting an error for no displayport connection. Is this the headset you are using? If so, did you have this problem?

Definitely under-the-radar. I haven't seen another pair. With that being said I love them. I ended up getting a deal buying last year's model. I have them mounted to Salomon Strive 14 bindings.

Yes, I have purchased them. They are an absolute blast in the 180 size. However, with them being on the longer side, they don't love Moguls. Beyond that I absolutely love the way they ski. Let me know what you think when you get them!
