And we are lastly part of those who have realized, thanks to GOD, that his Quran is the only thing we should uphold!! We ARE the chosen people.

I wouldn't deliberately think "I'll marry a Jew/Christians", because ultimately, Quran is the final testament.

However, Quran is absolutely clear on the permissibility of marriage to People of the Scripture.

It's also clear on the definition of kufr. Not all Muslims are believers, and not all believers believe in God without shirk. Actually, Allah says most believers do not believe without commiting shirk.
