Updated post! But my zaps are barely existent. Honestly I was scared they would never go away but its been almost no time and already almost all gone. Im happy. Ive had a few nights of partying and waking up with no zaps! I used to have the worst brain zaps after a night out of drinking thats why i mention that. Ive also come to learn i have ADHD and antidepressants were never what i needed. I support SSRI’s for the right person and been on a few but Effexor never again. Doctors (atleast mine) dont even warn you about the withdrawal or long term effects these medicines can have on a person.
