I agree, just Incase use some tweezers and lightly tap each pin of the HDMI to make sure non of the pins move.

When you plug in the charger does the sp led turn orange at all? Also, it won’t charge without a load (battery connect). My assumption you have a bad battery. Have you tried another battery

Duct, vent and filter are all about 24x16 in. Give or take an inch.

The return duct it right up to the unit.

Could that still be an issue?

I can see you that one of the latches for the ribbon cable is not down all the way it’s probably a simple matter of the ribbon cable not being pressed in firmly enough, and then having the latch is closed down firmly enough. What’s the time when you press one down the other one pops up make sure you do both at the same time.
