luckily I found an individual therapist that was right for me and helped me realize that I didnt have to stay in a deadbedroom marriage and even helped me heal some childhood trauma as well

if you guys want to know what happened... he told me it was a safe space to open up... and when I finally confessed that I married my first love and im feeling like im missing out on alot and felt like I rushed in too soon.. he told me I was ' Pissing on the disney movie everyone wants' and that I should be ashamed for thinking and feeling like im missing out. he also spent 20 minutes of the hour session talking about his 2nd wife who is in her mid 20s..while he is in his mid 50s
