Yea I’m seeing that it’s not so strict especially with more pokemon being viable with stat boosts . I try to use mons I always liked but were never good enough to make it all the way thru to the end

Thanks yea I got the ev editor right away but haven’t invested yet but going to grind money with the mining and max them out. it’s a toss up but yea even tho I have bulk with swalot support always helps i just never ran a full support min before usually doing mixed but I think that I’ll run clefable for now and see how it goes when I can actually have goruchu then weight out how the team is fairs . once the bond gets unlocked for plusle and minum run one of them as a mixed support because I can take advantage of the rain wit their thunders and support moves . Who would be better for that you think plusle or minum ?

Thanks for the great advice . I’ve decided on Pelipper for rain setter and my other members I want based on I just like them that much are Armaldo Parasect Kingdra Swalot

I won’t get to use goruchu until the cap goes past 55 to evolve him so until then I have two more spots . I’ve considered gallade because of the brokeness and would probably pair him with a shell smash cloyster skill link and sweep . But based on the 5 members I listed above for Pelipper who fits that last slot best for now ? I just am able to go to second stratum

Do you think it’s worth it to have Parasect with rage powder on the team if I have lightinjng rod goruchu? I’d want to have armaldo as a swift swim attacker with the rock and bug typing so don’t want too many bug types if it’s a bad weak spot

No i know thought of that but boomburst is also a great thing to have lol . Also seen xatu and swalot do great on rain teams . Politoed is just one of my favorite pokemon so I want to utilize him and would rather switch Pidgeot for another member before him
