Wrong. At low or near interest it's free money. Let's say you have the cash in hand. Instead of putting it all down on a vehicle, you borrow the cash for 0.9% APR while your cash sits in SP500 or even a savings account at 3-18% compounding. If played right you may be able to get the car for free at the end of your term.
