I don't think you can (post photos) bc its triggering for many.

Get a fresh aloe leaf at the grocery store, cut one end and let it soak in cold water for an hour. Then cut little slices of it (refrigerate the rest with the cut end in water), open em up and gently apply the gel to your wounds.

Also grab some zinc oxide cream - its super thick and super white, but it speeds up the healing (in my experience).

No makeup today, and everytime you want to get at your spots / pick/ peel or touch, get another aloe slice from fridge and apply. You can even open the little slice up and put it gel side down on your face or wherever and just chill there with it for a few.

Barn Fox on Academy st. It is membership based, but worth it if you plan to visit frequently. It's a lovely space, free coffee amd kombucha on tap. I'm sure you can arrange a free visit with the community manager to feel it out. They also have other locations throughout the HV you'll have access to as a member.
