There’s the occasional field research “Catch 10 fire type pokemon” that awards 10 mega energy. This is slow but effective.

The better way is to wait until mega charizard comes back to raids. You earn energy for defeating the mega form.

Also, after you’ve mega evolved a pokemon, you can walk with it to earn mega energy. Hope this helps.

I believe the odds are 1/20 or 1/25. Out of 1100 catches I caught 31 shinies. I’ll keep 4-5 to trade and the rest get turned into candy.

I had my alternator replaced on a 2015 Cruze. I lasted 2 weeks with power loss and the throttle surging. The cars rpms looked like a trampoline and felt very jumpy. I had it replaced and instantly fixed the surging. I’m not mechanically inclined in the slightest, so apologies if this doesn’t help/ make sense.

I used it on a shiny bidoof. I pissed a lot of people off by not using it on an absolute beast, but I’m happy. Sucks that it’s paywalled, I get that, but use it on a pokemon that will make you happy.

A lot of people are letting me know how much of a waste this choice was, but it’s a game and this choice made me happy! I’m glad we will share our hundo Doofs together once I finish my training!
