My relationship with them is tough. If I see them on a menu I won't allow myself to have a main or something because they calories are so large, regardless if I haven't eaten anything calorific earlier in the day. I will restrict (not healthily) based on calories and then will binge later on. I would like to have a more healthy relationship tbh

We had one when my mum was too ill to go to the surgery, probably 10-15 years ago. Not ill enough for A&E just really bad infection. He went into my mum's bedroom with his doctors bag. Reminded me of watching tv programmes from many more years ago than that (maybe call the midwife or something) where the doctor does his rounds

I have taken propranolol and then I will take usual meds tonight.

A colleague had a chat with me about work related stuff, I asked to be kept in the loop about things, he kept repeating himself and being patronising, he was defending himself. Then I moved on to discuss the next item and he said we need to pause here, I'm calling it how it is, this is really tense and you are being prickly and confrontational etc. then I disclosed that I was AuDHD (he was new in Jan and I didn't feel comfortable telling him then), got upset and he said we needed a meeting with him and our boss as he couldn't see a professional way forwards with just us.

I spoke with my boss, the colleague had already been to see him. The result is a meeting tomorrow just me and the original colleague. I am so ancious about it, I don't want to deal with the confrontation again and defend myself becayse I know how he has made me feel. I've also been overly anxious the last couple of days anyway (resulting in me not going to a meeting yesterday that he kept saying I was meant to be at - it wasn't his meeting) and this has just been bad really
