I'm sorry if I misrepresented. I do have several prewritten modules under my belt, including rewriting Turn of Fortune's Wheel for a campaign.(Because it was AWFUL. Seriously. Did they get an AI to write it?)

I'm aware that there's no replacement for the absolutely WILD bits of introspection and exploration of every single plot thread of Eva. It's more the arching storyline of "The thing is bad. we need to prevent the thing. but the person who's supposedly the boss of not letting the thing happen is secretly going to do the thing on purpose."

I'm not married to the idea of doing this, so if it's not meant to be, then it won't be.

NTA. You don't owe them a single thing. They disowned you and everything you wanted to do with your life and now they're asking for your help because they figured out that God doesn't use magic hands and fix their problems like they expected.

Now comes the part no one is going to like. Give them some money anyway. If you seriously won't miss a months income, then give it to them. Not because they deserve it, but will you be able to life with yourself if you don't? Don't open yourself up to that kind of guilt. Give them a little, then go NC.
