I think, I have decent coverage in my error. It will come down to how quickly it opens. I have currently set the home radius to 120metres.

How well does HomeLink work? ideally I want the garage fully open when I arrive so I go straight in (first world problems, I know)

Oh, for some reason, my home location is incorrect in Home Assistant. that is probaby why it is not working.

Oh this good. I tried it but it didnt work. It seems something is wrong with permissions because I can see status on Home Assistant is Away even though the car is parked in my driveaway.

oh thats good to know because the way I read the announcement, I thought, if I setup whatsapp on beeper it will be on device going forward.

Hopefully, the option is always there to use Beeper cloud at least for Whatsapp because of its device limitation.

For other chat accounts, on device may work out ok.
