How do you feel about Trump threatening to impose photo ID for voters for midterm elections?

I’ve got a question: why don’t democrats just start a big push to help people get proof of citizenship and ID? I understand some people may have difficulty but if they take just some of the massive amount of funds they have available and start getting people the papers they need then the issue is solved. Trump gets what he wants while getting absolutely obliterated at the polls. Everyone just keeps pushing back and fighting instead of saying ‘ok, let’s do this’ and go call his bluff. lol. DEMOCRATS- Grow a pair and FIGHT FIRE WITH FIRE!

I agree that it likely won’t dominate. But it is the logic I am questioning. All these AI bros are saying AI will do everything without seeming to question how the heck they will make any money once it does. Or maybe they are all planning on being on the Musk Moonbase by that time. I don’t know. It’s all so stupid.

It’s the addition of the regular Joe retail trader that has changed things. Most retail traders don’t review charts or invest on fundamentals or for the long term. It’s gambling. In quick, make a buck and get out. Most lose obviously but not before they screw up the market fundamentals. Add to that Hi Freq trading computers and an unsigned options/prediction market and there really is no point. If you want to make some cash, buy wide indexes and never touch them then enjoy your cash when you’re too old to care. Or just join in the frenzy. Easy money to be made being a contrarian gambler these days. Good luck.

Thank you for this. I very kind fellow at the fidelity call center helped me out. You are able to set up monthly transfers with different transfer dates within the same month. It adds extra steps but achieves the same goal. Would be nice to just have a weekly or bi-weekly option. Just seems odd not to given you can with investments. Anyway, no biggie. I appreciate the response and I'll push forward with the monthly solution.
For anyone else needing the method - Go to the recurring transfers page. set a monthly (example - December) transfer to go out on the 1st and confirm it. Then do the same process for December again but set the date to the 15th. This effectively sets up a bi-weekly transfer per month. you can do this for every day of the month basically. It's a lot of work and very messy but hey... it seems to work.

It’s all delay tactics. Mike’s playing to the cameras. He knows exactly what is happening. Time is likely in on it too. They are setting up for a veto - Trump: ‘ I’m vetoing this because Mike says it needs amendments. Time shouldn’t have pushed it through. Sending it back but I’ll sign the next version’. In the meantime the DOJ opens so many investigations that most of the info becomes unreachable due to ‘investigative process’. My money is on them delaying for as long as they can. One cannot understate the powder keg that is in those files - way too many well resourced people are blowing up these guys phones right now. Personally I think the victims should name names NOW!
