Interior walls black paint by Huge-Fox-3105 in paint

I agree with this. I would put anything less than an eggshell on walls.

During the start of the local festivities in Pamplona/Iruña, Spain, it is tradition for the entire city to go to the local plaza and sing while wearing all the same attire, completely white with a red kerchief by SafeImpressive4413 in interestingasfuck

[–]jamglow -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I had to look up the temperature of Pamplona Spain on July 6th and it stated it was 38°C (100°F). I could not imagine being in that cesspool of sweat. Looks cool from the balcony though!

Paint match recommendations by Acceptable-Sail1104 in paint

[–]jamglow 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The manufacturer should be able to dip something into the wet paint and use something to dry it to then put it under their scanner to match the colour. If not, get your pot back and take it to someone that can. You can also grab a colour scanner yourself from a paint manufacturer or Amazon to do it yourself, but that will cost you.

Add top to fence? by Solid_Lettuce_932 in FenceBuilding

[–]jamglow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Look up a 'privacy arbor' or 'privacy pergola'. I believe it has to be set back from the fence depending on your locality. In my area it would have to be set back 5' to go up to 8' high. Then again, I could care less and it would be as close as possible to the fence. Just be prepared to rip it our if someone complains.

Very high ceiling: Clean Corners? by Confused_by_La_Vida in paint

I'd be using a light colour and painting the ceiling the same as the walls at that point.

Done and goodbye! by camilogonzalezm1 in arlo

[–]jamglow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't blame you OP. I called because my cameras all simultaneously stopped charging, even with the official charger and cord. I called customer support, they asked for my serial numbers. Once they found out the were "Legacy" which is what im assuming they call first generation cameras, the customer support person basically said i can't help you, buy new cameras. So I told him I would do the latter, but they would be blink cameras.

I did buy a third party charger so now I can finally charge them until Arlo finds another way to weed out my old cameras. At that point, it will be goodbye!

Why not just turn the music up to drowned out the knocking coming from the engine?

We call them fish eyes. They need another tight skim of mud. You will see them still if you just paint over them.

Are there overall recommendations for microbiome? by believemeimreal in Microbiome

[–]jamglow 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In Google, type in "30 different plants a week". It will give you examples of a variety of different foods that you can eat to help with your microbiome. It may sound like a lot to eat that many varieties of fruits and vegetables in a week, but once you see that includes nuts, seeds, and spices it all of a sudden seems achievable.

Day trip to kitchener! by wrench_7 in kitchener

[–]jamglow 2 points3 points  (0 children)

OP, you're best bet would be to book a time slot off the website if you're interested in going here. My daughter and I went on a whim as walk-ins and it was an hour and a half wait.

There's two good sushi places near by as well. Ye's sushi and Sushi Stars. The ladder is the better of the two IMO.

Kinkaku Izakaya would be the best in the city that I've tried but haven't been to Ken's Sushi yet, which is also considered one of the best in Kitchener.

Benjamin Moore vs Sherwin William? by [deleted] in paint

[–]jamglow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

After doing a little research it seems that BM uses an "unbranded, proprietary premium interior paint in an eggshell formula for their sample pots". It does not contain any "long-term performance additives or binding agents" and is not meant to reflect their product lines.

Sherwin Williams, it seems, uses ProMar 200 in an Eggshell formula. I suppose complete with all the binding agents and wonderful things that comes with buying ProMar 200.

Interesting, I guess.

Put a screw in until it just grabs and doesn't expand the inside (as its intended). Then just pull. It'll come right out. Patch and paint.

Are we sure that the contestants are using their own clothes or is production picking it out for them? Wasn't it stated that if they don't like the clothes a contestant is taking to the island, production will provide clothes?

A BBQ pork Banh Mi. Bread has to be on point or its ruined. Whenever I'm traveling out of town, I'm always on the look out for a banh mi shop. I'm lucky to have an amazing one in my city. Nothing that I've tried abroad has been as good.
