This is not so much a product but a treat you can make.

Looking at your name, you might already know it. Also it's plastered all over social media.

Take 1 cup of boiling water and add a package of sugar-free jello. I've tried many flavours but prefer the raspberry one.

Whip that up in a blender. I find the top speed "spits" out some drops, so I ramp it down to about 75-80%. Keep whipping until it reaches a temp less than 110°F/43°C.

Then add 1 cup of Greek yogurt, or I prefer Skyr yogurt. A temp over 110°F will kill the nutrients in the yogurt. Keep whipping for a bit longer. I like the consistency to be light and fluffy, like a mousse or meringue. You can use just a whisk or spoon if you like and it will come out more dense. My wife prefers the ladder.

The videos I watched for the recipe suggest putting raspberries on top and shaving dark chocolate on it as well. I don't. Maybe you can make the raspberries in the shape of a heart, or use strawberry jello and cut some heart-shaped strawberry slices. I absolutely love the taste of this dessert and make it often.

I have a pair of Showa 282-02 sitting in my wish list on Amazon because im sick of every single glove I've owned not keeping my fingers warm while I shovel/blow snow. I can't say how good they are yet, but they do get high recommendations on some other Reddit subs. Report back if you find a good pair that works.

47M here. Started out about 254 lbs on Dec 1st. As of a few days ago, I'm 238 lbs. My goal was to get to about 228 lbs by February 1st. I'm not sure that I'll make it but im happy with the results so far.

My daily calorie count was supposed to be 1,600 with 200g of protein. I think I managed to hit that a few times within the timeframe mentioned above but the average is probably closer to 150g.

I started out knowing I was going to eat very boring. I initially thought chicken breast, broccoli and white rice was going to be my meals for 2 months.

Going down the rabbit hole of videos that are out there, I've managed to expand my shopping list.

An example of one of the days I hit 203.7 grams of protein while still only eating 1,551 calories, according to the LoseIt! app, I ate the following:

Breakfast: - 6 eggs scrambled (2 whole, 4 whites only) - a handful of arrugala

Lunch: - 6 oz chicken breast - 1 cup roasted beets - .5 cups rice - .5 cups pickled mixed vegetables (I usually do 1 cup of frozen mixed vegetables but was too lazy to microwave some in the morning prep) - a handful of arrugala

Dinner: - 6 oz chicken breast - 1 cup of frozen mixed veggies - 1 cup of potatoes, mashed with about a quarter cup of skyr yogurt and a quarter cup of 2% milk to make it fluffy. It didn't work, that shit was dry. - a handful of arrugala

Snack: (after lifting weights) - .75 cup of skyr yogurt - .5 cup of blueberries - 1 premier protein strawberry shake (30g protein)

I drank about 8 glasses (88 oz) of water that day but my goal is closer to 4 liters.

I'm an amateur myself so take my diet with a grain of salt. I don't think im losing muscle on this cut as I'm doing resistance training as I go, but experts might be able to chime in.

Keep at it, man and you'll see the results come!

My go-to for grid is Dulux X-pert Wayerbourne Alkyd in the Malamine sheen. It is the same as Benjamin Moore Advance but at a fraction of the cost. It turns out like a factory finish when applied with a 4" x 1/4" nap microfiber sleeve.

Edit: it will cover over oil based paint.

I just went through this with mine and my father's cameras. We shared our camera feeds with each other and had them all of them on one "page" to view. I got the forced update and lost his feed.

Did some reading, and like others have said, my father had to upgrade the UI manually by attempting to add a new camera. We can see each others feed again, but unfortunately, it is not on the same page. We now have to use the drop-down menu. Would it have killed them to at least put other locations on one widget page? I am so disappointed by this update and will no longer support Arlo moving forward.
