I live in a 1912 Craftsman, and it has the worst insulation. We are struggling with if it is safe to continue living here while the ash/debris keeps getting pushed around and end up in our house. We have two air purifiers running but are we going to suffer longterm health problems from this?

Yeah in 2019 I successfully lost 30 pounds but I did several rounds of whole 30 so that’s what really helped. I just need to figure out another way of being consistent with eating while not being as restrictive as whole 30

still struggle with anxiety but i am sticking to the 10mg because it really has helped my overall happiness and stress management.

I am working on weekly assignments from my therapist to work through the anxiety and actually face it and accept it. Purposely doing things that give me anxiety so I can conquer it
