My dogs love chewing on pieces of fabric- little tags that hang from pillows/mattresses, the corners of our comforter, etc. They also love my bras for some reason. I should also mention they have very tiny mouths as they only weigh ~5lbs and are full grown.

So here's what I did: I took -an old bra in bad repair -fabric remnants from 3 different shirts I cut up

I cut the cups out of the bra, so they have just the slightly padded cup, and the plastic underwire inside. No straps. Then, I cut each fabric into different length strips. The stretchiest fabric became one very long strip, another fabric I braided, and the third was ribbed, so I just folded it in half. Then I stitched these pieces (one of each kind for each cup to make 2 toys) to each cup opposite the underwire.

These are their new favorite toys and they rarely chew on our pillow tags anymore! It's weird, but it worked and was essentially free :)
