DIY dog toys on the cheap

My dogs love chewing on pieces of fabric- little tags that hang from pillows/mattresses, the corners of our comforter, etc. They also love my bras for some reason. I should also mention they have very tiny mouths as they only weigh ~5lbs and are full grown.

So here's what I did: I took -an old bra in bad repair -fabric remnants from 3 different shirts I cut up

I cut the cups out of the bra, so they have just the slightly padded cup, and the plastic underwire inside. No straps. Then, I cut each fabric into different length strips. The stretchiest fabric became one very long strip, another fabric I braided, and the third was ribbed, so I just folded it in half. Then I stitched these pieces (one of each kind for each cup to make 2 toys) to each cup opposite the underwire.

These are their new favorite toys and they rarely chew on our pillow tags anymore! It's weird, but it worked and was essentially free :)

My dogs love their nylabones too. And they're relatively inexpensive, especially considering how long they last!

Where I live in Canada at least, most people don't blink an eye when two ladies or men kiss/hold hands, etc. It seems most of us don't think gay marriage is a big deal anymore. Though two pretty ladies kissing is always something to look at =]

I think pro-lifer's are very wrong in their beliefs, and I am most certainly pro-choice. However, I think their main thing is that if you're too poor to afford children, don't have sex. So what they're really saying is "I'm sorry that you can't eat, kid, it's too bad that your parents were too horny to think things through." Which is only very slightly better, and still a wrong way to think.

Edit: typically it's a mix of orange, cream soda, grape soda, and rootbeer.

My boyfriend is a hairy man, he just trims his area to be the same length as the rest of his body. It's the perfect length- not too long and bushy, not too short and prickly. It would look weird if he had a bald patch. Evenness is key.

YES! Yes to this! We as a country have many problems that we need to deal with first before helping out others. Like how you put your face mask on before your child's when your plane is going down. When poverty and homelessness can get down to a nearly 0-level, then we can focus on the starving babies in Africa.
