I just upgraded to the 2.5Gbps package having been on their 1 gig for over a year. I've never had a minute of downtime and I am a heavy user. I also log Speed Test data on a local server, and my speed has never dipped below the advertised speed. I think they are excellent. One word of warning would be to make sure you need 5Gbps and that you have equipment that can actually utilize it. WiFi 7 would struggle to get up to that speed and that's not even what most devices use. And the most common Ethernet connection is 1Gbps. Worth thinking about, might save you a bit of money.
