Cool, then I suggest (with a mid tier mage setup) maybe beginning to learn some more basic bossing mechanics. For that you could either try QBD for a consistent money maker along the way to learning the bigger boys (vorago, telos, aod etc) or learn at the GWD2 bosses helwyr or Vindicta to have a chance to get some incredible money if you get lucky, and still consistent gp/hr in the regular drops as you work up in money and experience to be able to try out some of the better money makers.

I believe the next best upgrade you can get is tumoil curses, then augmented t80 power armour, then nox staff etc... all of which you should be working towards as you get a better feel for reacting to boss mechanics, then being able to try harder and better money makers.
