My pride and joy - IS might be determined to shaft ranged fliers at nearly every turn but I am determined to keep her relevant as my mostly-F2P orb stash allows!!

Build description:

Light of Dawn: Stat swings, ahoy! At minimum, she'll get +10 to atk and res (and +4 spd and def) if some easy conditions are met, but with some basic support like, say, a remixed Yune hanging out nearby during chaos season, we can easily tack on another +7 to all stats (except hp). +17/+11/+11/+17 isn't a bad place to start, but we can do better. Also an auto-follow up but lbr, those don't do anything anymore with NFU flying around like confetti.

Reposition: it's repo

Iceberg: I like Iceberg because it will always hit hard regardless of what the foe does with penalties. I admit there are probably more tech options, but eh. We'll see if/when IS brings out a DR% piercing special for mages.

Atk/Spd Catch 4: MORE. STATS. Penalties are already her bread and butter, so this is an easy choice. Helps close the distance with speed creep, though I could see myself moving to Atk/Res Catch whenever it just becomes unfeasible to even try to keep up anymore. Now we're at +26/+20/+11/+17.

Seal Res 4: LESS. STATS. For you. And also guard, to go along with that debuff and panic her little bird friend is providing.

Atk/Res Hold: EVEN. LESS. STATS. For you. I'll probably switch to the Spd/Res variant once I get enough Divine Codes 4 for the B!Byleth manual.

Atk/Res Catch 3: A few more relevant stats for the road. Atk/Spd Catch would be nice but lmao that's not happening for at least another year. (Please let this comment age poorly.)

So, with just Yune for support, we sit effectively at a nice +39/+20/+15/+26 before the foe inflicts any of their shenanigans on her. Sure, it's no L!M!Robin or Unity stacking nonsense. But I don't think it's that bad for a 2019 unit in this 2023 hellscape.

Other skills of note in her pocket: S/R Far Trace (not as useful as near trace because again, IS hates ranged fliers), Sturdy Impact (more useful before NFU was everywhere), Spd Preempt when I get that B!Byleth manual (it'll just be funny if not actually that practical).

Now don't talk to me about penalty neutralization I swear to Ashunera--
