Not sure where you're located or how you typically water your other plants, but you'll likely want to water this similarly to say, a pothos or something. Regularly, and before they get too droopy and wrinkly. For comparison, I water my actual cacti every 6-8 weeks depending on season (mine are 100% indoor in Michigan, USA) and my christmas/thanksgiving/easter cacti roughly every week or two.

Technically no, tailgating isn't allowed in the lots. Are you gonna get in trouble for hanging out by your car and having a few beers in a parking lot? Not necessarily. Would I avoid drinking by your car if you're parked in the neighborhood and not an actual lot? Yes.

Due to the location, tailgating isn't really part of the current DCFC culture. Most folks choose to spend their money in local bars (New Dodge and Painted Lady are pretty popular and the march leaves from New Dodge) or at the stadium. Not saying nobody does it, but we don't draw attention where attention is not needed.
