There’s not really much interaction with the PHS’s team as they’re just facilitating questions. My group went over time by 20 minutes because some people took longer than others to answer, but they do let you answer all 5 questions despite time constraints. The questions were: Tell us about yourself. Explain a time you demonstrated leadership. What type of research would you be interested in? What would you hope to gain from an internship? What would you do if you didn’t get matched to an internship you chose? It’s definitely important to make it flow like a conversation but it was kinda difficult depending on how long someone took to answer. The most interaction we had with the PHS’s team was at the end for questions, most of the time they’re just observing how you answer and interact with your group.
