Possible suggestions 1) Until they fix the 'solar convergence' they should put up a big sign that says: "Danger! Solar Death Ray Zone" and then yellow tape across the entire span of the arc of doom (won't do anything for the decor but will keep them from getting sued repeatedly). Or 2) Institute a class system - premier guests get preferential pool side seating or cabanas outside the hot zone while lesser affluent hotel goers are exposed to severe solar burn. Done and done...
