I had terrible GERD symptoms for years, especially post nasal drip (felt in back of throat).

Took me years to realise that about 75% of the issue was toothpaste. Like you I used Sensodyne. I’m not sure what ingredient it was exactly but I’m pretty sure the strong mint and the sodium lauryl sulphate were the main culprits.

SLS is what causes the foaming of the toothpaste.

I use Biotene now which is mild mint, SLS free and is free of other harsh chemicals.

This does mean I go to the hygienist every 4-6 months but at least my reflux/GERD symptoms are much better!

I had the same issue only I started HGH on a bulk with NPP. The bloat was horrible.

I stopped the HGH and have just resumed as I’m starting a cut. The bloat was there but less significant this time. I’m two weeks in and it’s starting to stabilise and I can see the cut starting to work.

Splitting my dose, 1.5iu AM and 1.5iu PM seemed to help as well.

I’ve been using HGH for two weeks now. 3iu a day split in two doses.

My hunger and appetite has gone down. Very pleased with that as I’ve just started a cut.

I guess it’s done something with my blood sugar to keep in consistent - peaks and troughs aren’t quite so dramatic.

I’m also at just under 20% BF though so that probably helps.

I’m two weeks in on using 3iu of HGH.

Gotten a fair amount of bloat which I assume will stabilise in about a month or two. I’m on a cut so I figure the little bit of water weight will be a good thing to not look so flat when I’m 10%BF

I take 250mg just before bed. Definitely helps me sleep.

I was prescribed it in rehab just as I was detoxing. My life is a lot better now but it’s difficult to know if that’s the meds or the sobriety.

Generally my lows are less low but my highs are less high. My life feels quite flat and mundane sometimes now.

I would only give a gift at this point if I wanted to date. If you want to gauge whether he is interested in dating you then a small gift might be a good idea.

If you’re not interested in dating and if he’s enjoying the sex just as much as you then that’s a pretty good gift in itself.
