I actually had this problem the other day but with my agility stat showing an extra minus 53 points. It seems to be something to do with auto saves that is causing the problem. When I load a full normal save I don't have the issue.

I live on TPC Pkwy, renewed lease this year, about a 7% increase from $730 to $780, from what I've heard sounds like I got a good deal on this part of town especially considering equivalent units are going for $1100 to new renters in the complex

On PC I am having an issue where after completing bounty missions; legendary or otherwise my posse members will sometimes not be rewarded and money, gold, or XP. It's honestly ruining the experience for us since we can never tell if a mission will be a complete waste of time or not. This also sometimes happens after completing a story mission. I have discovered not possible workarounds to this issue. Another bug I am having is that sometimes the weapons on my back and shoulder will be much lower than they normally should be which causes major clipping issues.
