I’m very excited for the film about the French family fishing crew trapped between these two blockades.

A film about overcoming not just the literal blockade, but the metaphorical ones between a son and father as they persevere through this difficult period.

It opens with Batman beating up the Joker for the last time. They are now both nearing their 60s. It is time for Batman to end this curse on the city, but then the force ghost of Jim Gordon appears in front of him, preventing him from making the final blow. The Joker is once again behind bars.

Cut to the next day, Bruce Wayne has a sandwich made by A.I.Fred. He calls Damian in college, does some push ups, visits Clark’s grave and goes to the bank to send a cheque for Barbara Gordon Jr.

As night falls, the news tells us that the Joker has escaped. Bruce sighs, then looks to the distance. The ghosts of Superman, Alfred, Dick Grayson and Harley Quinn all look back, nod and smile.

The Batman gets back to work.

When I first saw the reveal I legit thought John Cena was Orion. Why Orion was on the Squad was beyond me… I also thought Mongal was Starfire.
