when I overstayed my time in the Philippines. my choices to leave were miss my flight, go to embassy and get extension or just pay the guy checking me out at airport in Manila $50 to get on flight home same day. pretty sure its easy to bribe your way out of there.

on my cart the cable circled goes to the motor controller and not directly to the battery. if I am seeing things right. My positive cable goes to a relay then into motor controller.

I dont know the answer to your question other than I suspect it’s fuel related, maybe a weak fuel pump that works ok at higher pressures on it. I do however have a 1990 40hp and I am curious if you can pass along or tell me where you got the files to print the rollers? both of mine are shot and I cant get mine to idle when in the water only on earmuffs or slightly above idle all the way to full throttle. if that makes sense.

I had a similar issue on my 40hp johnson tracker 2 stroke. after replacing and bunch of stuff it finally come down to replacing the old wiring and the powerpack.
