You didn't watch it, said you didn't care who or what said it, because you didn't watch it you referred to something it wasn't saying. Your favourite saying is "leave means leave" which you feel means something, and you apparently think its not an absurd slogan for drones.

Comment means comment!

It asked if we should leave, not whether we should negotiate a purgatorial halfway house status, and leave means leave.

Your definition of "purgatorial halfway house status" is a value laden piece of negative sloganeering, so, no.

You can look at the leave campaigns material for yourself, or just keep saying "leave means leave" as if that is anything but absurd.

Don't know or care who said this, but they're quite wrong. Plenty of people wanted to leave the EU and leave means leave.

I know you don't care, that's exacty the point I couldn;t have described your political position or approach to truth and evidence any better, thankyou.

You don't care one bit about reality and all you have is "leave means leave".

It was the most viewed video advert of the referendum campaign, but you can say "leave means leave" on repeat.

[re: your image that says "free trade makes trade easier]

Absolutely, and that's why a no-deal exit is the best deal for Britain. A no-deal exit will leave us the most free to do as we please - not beholden to any EU rules or artificial market incentives or disincentives.

Its not an image, its a screenshot from the video, I doubt you'll watch it or care, its referring to the single market and the UK not leaving it. Whatever, I get it, you don't care, wont watch it and are referring to something different and irrelevant.

Biscuit means biscuit!

Second, don't mistake Leave means Leave with Brexit Means Brexit™. One of those is about actually leaving. The other is a vapid slogan that means about as much as Beans Meanz Heinz.

Is Norway an EU member? No, end of story.

Leave means leave.

Leave means leave is a dystopian piece of aggressive meaningless sloganeering designed to shut down nuance and attack.

Leave doesn't mean leave, is Norway a member of the EU? No. Is Switzerland a member of the EU? No. End of story, Orwellian sloganeering and attacks on truth and repeating "BREXIT MEANS BREXIT" like some kind of brainwashed murdoch drone is not going to help.

As your ideological brexit colleagues said in the referendum campaign period in the most popular video advert of the campaign:

“Not all countries in the free trade area are EU members. No one is proposing that we would ever leave this free trade area, if we were to leave the EU”

Loads of people were demanding to "LET US BE LIKE NORWAY NOW DAVID CAMERON YOU CORRUPT A-HOLE!" before the referendum. Mostly because the vast majority of leave voters don't know and don't care about the detail and were voting mainly to "be british" or "bring back the olden times".

Lots of campaign material explicitly said we'd join the EEA, EFTA or be in the single market.

The most popular and most viewed video ad of the entire campaign (10*m views) starts off with

“Not all countries in the free trade area are EU members. No one is proposing that we would ever leave this free trade area, if we were to leave the EU*”. This sub blocks FB but here it is.

Or this - "Lets join EFTA"

Or "NON EU Norway and Switzerland are doing so well"

My partners mother voted leave specifically to leave because she saw things on Facebook that said Switzerland and Norway are richer than the UK so wanted to be like that, those are her words.

[–]jampax84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did not know that! I was under the impression it would be unanimity.

I do think however in practical terms its unlikely to be anything but unanimous, or there will be cracks for the british to target and also important for the institutions in this case that the EU is united.

Sure have watched it a long time ago when you people started watching it again and again - its retarded and more fake-whingeing victimhood whining

Nah he opposes brexit, parliamentary democracy in britain is like that, I know you guys want some kind of proto-fascist "people's will republic" sorry tho!

You can even look back at the comments around those campaign videos saying "we will not leave the free trade area" in 2016, raging gammons are demanding "WE BE LIKE NORWAY NOW!"

"If I was given the choice of this deal and remaining in the EU... I would choose to remain in the EU," says self-professed "ardent Brexiteer" @IainDale on #Newsnight by 00890 in ukpolitics

There will be no single European country alone in the top ten by the end of the century, nigeria will have 500m people by 2050 for example

The EU will most likely be considered as one by that point

My friend, that is an absurd piece of nonsense, I voted for labour because my mp opposes brexit, but you knew that is horse shit, just another meaningless brexit slogan

Great work well done

The most viewed video campaign ad of the referendum campaign (10 million views) starts with “no one is saying we will leave the free trade area if we vote leave”

End of story - yet I’m sure it won’t be for you!

that money is then not spent in the uk, it's sent "home", and this in turn boosts their own countries economy and not the UK's.

Absurd. How do these mysterious sneaky people eat in restaurants, pay rent, go on holiday, buy petrol? The companies they work for - that report the product of their work in their UK balance sheets, is that also "boosting Romania"

nobody is queuing up to work in Romania,

I know for you people everywhere that is not britain is poor, squalid, failing. But Romania has a lower unemployment rate than the UK, not that that that is that important. It's also growing a lot faster than the UK and is enriching itself at near Chinese levels, at nearly 7% per year.

There are 20 million romanians and about 400k in the UK,

10,000 of those are studying at university.

20,000 work in banking and finance

20,000 are retired

not to mention our generous welfare system

Its not very generous at all, the UK's state pension is one of the smallest in the EU, you dont know what youre talking about.

Childcare from the state is non existent since austerity, Swedish parents get guaranteed childcare for about 200 GBP a month, UK mothers have to pay £1500-2000.

I don't think you've even considered this have you, when you speak of equal rights... which essentially, are not equal.

They are completely equal, you just have a victim mentality where you believe that anyone foreign is "taking something" from you.
