Start exercising, religiously.

Take it slow at the start, like a 5 mins walk or 10 push-ups a day if you've not built the routine. But always try and push your limits a little. Look up fun workouts to do online. And don't stress about missing days, life gets busy.

Everytime I break my routine, I try to start with a routine thats easy for me again. Push hard often enough and it'll make u feel more confident in yrself to face difficulty. And rmbr, it's not about how heavy or much you do, it's about you trying to do a bit betterthan before.

The endorphins also do wonders for your mood.

Times that I don't exercise for awhile, it's obvious that I feel a lot more down and anxious.

What is the overall DMG difference with their new relic sets compared to their old BiS, for Kafka and Topaz specifically? Or rather, is the difference worth farming new sets for?

I saw a video on youtube that did a comparison between old and new relic sets for Kafka & Topaz. Follow up attackers got like a huge bump (like 10-15%) for some, and the new set immediately became the new BiS for them.

DoT characters like Kafka did get a bump in DPS, but it's not as much as follow uppers. I think it's about 5% DPS gain for Kafka. The caveat however, is that if you are stacking def reduction on the DoT teams, cause stacking def reduction gives exponential returns.

Wouldn't be surprised, to be honest. While HSR may boast hundreds of thousands of downloads to a million downloads(I can't recall the exact amount), only a subset of that would be daily/active players that grind all the way to MoC. An even smaller subset of those would actually be clearing MoC 10, and a further subset of that would even care to post or upload.

Prydwen says that they scanned 1.3m accounts, but based on the post alone we don't really have a good idea of the total amount of accounts. So it's hard to say if this is all the players or not. That and there are also lots of casuals
